How many hours do you sleep?

Sleep well is super important to live a healthy life and the director of the “National Sleep Foundation” ,Charles A. Czeisler, have adjusted the range of hours of sleep generally recommended so far with the help of all the scientists of the Foundation, dividing the population into nine age classes: baby, children from 4 to 11 months, Children from 1 to 2 years, children from 3 to 5 years, children from 6 to 13 years, adolescents from 14 to 17 years, adults from 18 to 25 years, adults from 26 to 64 years, and elderly (over 65 years).
