An Update to rule all emojis

With the latest iOS update 8.3 the emoji keyboard on the Apple iPhone has been updated to include “diverse” emojis, with a range of skin tones and different family combinations.

People can now pick faces with different skin tones, following criticism that the previous keyboard didn’t have enough diversity.
Families also now come with the option of two mums and two dads.
emoji2Are emojis used so much that Apple thought in a “re-design” to make it crafted for every different color of the skin or every family-type?

What do you think about it? Emoticons should be “for all” from their first time? Or it’s a useless update?
